1. Booking and Reservations

Your booking on our website is not guaranteed until the security deposit has been received. The security deposit is a prerequisite for confirming your reservation.

  • Property Selection: Explore our wide range of properties through detailed listings on our website. Each listing includes high-quality images, a list of amenities, precise rates, and the terms and conditions specific to each property.
  • Reservation Inquiry: Should you require additional information or have specific questions before making a reservation, our dedicated inquiry form is available on each listing. Fill out the form, and our customer service team will promptly respond with the necessary details and assist you in the booking process.
  • Online Booking: After choosing your property and dates, finalize your booking by completing our secure online payment process. Initial payments are considered a soft hold and are subject to confirmation based on property availability.

Booking Confirmation

  • Deposits: A deposit amount, specified on each property’s listing, is required to secure your reservation. This deposit protects both the property owner and renter, ensuring commitment to the rental agreement.

3. Use of Property

  • Purpose and Occupancy: All properties are primarily intended for residential use. Guests must adhere to the occupancy limits specified in the property listing to avoid penalties or termination of the rental agreement.
  • Guest Responsibilities: Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Maintain cleanliness, report any damages immediately, and adhere to all property rules. Engaging in illegal activities, hosting parties without permission, and causing disturbances are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund.

4. Security Deposits

  • Collection and Refund: A security deposit is required during the time of booking. This deposit will be fully refunded after your stay, provided the property is left in the same condition as found. Any damages or missing items may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Vendor Listings: Our policy standardizes security deposit requirements across all listings. Exceptions must be clearly stated, and no additional deposits are to be collected without prior agreement from The Cruiser Group LLC.

5. Cancellation and Changes
