Activities and Events Policy

Welcome to The Cruiser Group. We are a premier listing and brokerage site that connects our clients with luxury events, restaurant reservations, and travel concierge services. This Activities and Events Policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking activities and events through our platform, including using our Concierge service. By booking an activity or event with The Cruiser Group, you agree to adhere to this policy.

1. Booking Procedures

Online Booking

  1. Search and Selection: Clients can browse and select available activities and events on our website.
  2. Booking Request: Once an activity or event is selected, clients must submit a booking request through our platform.
  3. Confirmation and Payment: Upon receiving the booking request, The Cruiser Group will confirm availability and provide payment instructions. Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received.

Concierge Service Booking

  1. Concierge Request: Clients may choose to use our Concierge service to book activities and events on their behalf. Requests can be made via email, phone, or through our website.
  2. Personalized Assistance: Our Concierge team will provide personalized assistance to find and secure the desired bookings.
  3. Confirmation and Payment: Similar to online bookings, confirmation and payment instructions will be provided once the booking request is processed. Full payment is required to confirm the booking.

2. Payment Terms

Car Rentals
Your security deposit amount is based on your insurance policy deductible. If you do not have your insurance, certain vendors may offer insurance to purchase, if the vehicle you selected does not offer insurance to purchase and you do not have personal insurance to use, your reservation will be canceled.

Villa Rentals
Security deposits are a flat fee based on each property and may vary based on the length of stay. Please note that there is also a cleaning fee that may be added to the reservation after booking.

Yacht Charters
A flat fee for a security deposit must be paid to confirm and secure the booking. The security deposit is paid separate from your booking reservation on our website. A concierge team member will contact you with a secured temporary security hold payment link through Stipe, or Zelle.

Please make sure the email we send you is from a thecruisergroup.com email, the concierge team member will also verity over the phone the reservation and details.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The security deposit must be received in full before your booking can be confirmed. Failure to provide the security deposit may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Once the security deposit has been received, your booking will be finalized, and you will receive confirmation of your reservation.

4. Liability and Disclaimers

You will be notified during the booking process that a security deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.

It is essential to complete the security deposit payment promptly to ensure the confirmation of your booking.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your security deposit will be refunded within a specified timeframe after the completion of your booking, provided that the vehicle, property, vessel, accommodation, or event space is returned or vacated in the condition it was received.

Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy and may take several business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank and payment method.

6. Contact Information

7. Amendments

Certain vendors listed on our website may have their own security deposit policies. Unless explicitly stated on the listing, vendors should not collect any additional security deposits beyond those specified in our policy.
