By using The Cruiser Group LLC’s platform and services, including any associated vendor-provided rentals or activities, you agree to the following Safety Information Policy. It is your responsibility to communicate this policy to all family members, guests, or other participants included in your booking. Failure to comply may result in denied service, cancellations without refund, or liability for damages, injuries, or legal consequences.

1. Yacht Charter Safety & Responsibility Agreement

  • Passenger Limits & Regulations:

    • All yacht charters comply with U.S. Coast Guard regulations or international SOLAS standards as applicable. U.S. charters are limited to a maximum of 12 passengers (plus crew), regardless of vessel size. International waters adhere to SOLAS guidelines for safety.
    • The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with passenger limits and may be denied boarding if limits are exceeded. Non-compliance will result in cancellation without refund.
  • Weather Safety:

    • The Cruiser Group LLC and its vendors monitor weather conditions closely. In cases of severe or unsafe weather, charters may be canceled or rescheduled. The decision is made by the captain or vendor based on safety protocols.
    • Customers are responsible for understanding and agreeing to last-minute changes due to weather and must inform their guests of potential schedule changes for safety.
  • Onboard Behavior:

    • All participants must follow the captain’s instructions and adhere to the zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances, disruptive behavior, and intoxication.
    • The captain has the authority to terminate the charter or refuse entry to any individuals exhibiting hostile, non-compliant, or intoxicated behavior, resulting in immediate cancellation without refund.
  • Life-Saving Equipment:

    • Life jackets and safety gear in compliance with U.S. Coast Guard standards or international maritime laws are provided on all yachts.
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all guests wear safety equipment when required and follow the crew’s safety instructions.

2. Car Rental Safety & Responsibility Agreement

  • Driver Requirements:

    • Car rentals are subject to age and licensing restrictions. The minimum age requirement varies by vehicle, with some rentals requiring drivers to be at least 25. A valid USA or international driver’s license and insurance are mandatory.
    • Customers agree to verify these requirements and to restrict drivers of the vehicle to those meeting all criteria. Fines or legal issues due to unauthorized drivers will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Vehicle Condition & Pre-Inspection:

    • Each vehicle undergoes a pre-rental inspection to document any existing conditions. Customers agree to participate in this inspection and report any concerns prior to use.
    • The customer assumes financial liability for any new damages that occur during the rental period and agrees to a post-rental inspection. Additional charges for damages or fees will be billed accordingly.
  • Roadside Assistance & Vendor Responsibility:

    • Vendors are responsible for providing roadside assistance, and contact information will be provided at the start of the rental. If assistance is required, customers should contact the vendor directly.
    • Customers acknowledge that it is their responsibility to comply with all safe-driving practices, obey speed limits, and follow local traffic laws.
  • Prohibited Uses:

    • Vehicles may not be used for off-roading, towing, or carrying animals unless specified. Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
    • Violating prohibited use policies will result in additional fees, termination of the rental agreement, and potential legal liability.

3. Villa Property Rental Safety & Responsibility Agreement

  • Emergency Contacts:

    • Emergency contact information, including local fire, medical, and security services, will be provided by the vendor upon check-in. Customers agree to familiarize themselves and their guests with emergency procedures.
    • Any emergencies should be reported immediately, and customers must follow all property protocols for evacuation or emergency response.
  • On-Site Safety Measures:

    • All villas are equipped with essential safety tools, such as fire extinguishers and smoke detectors. Customers agree to maintain these safety devices and notify the vendor immediately if maintenance is required.
    • Customers must follow local fire and safety guidelines, including secure lock usage and appropriate behavior around pools, fireplaces, and other potentially hazardous areas.
  • Health & Safety Standards:

    • Properties meet rigorous cleaning and sanitization standards to ensure guest safety. Customers must agree to maintain cleanliness standards during their stay.
    • Pool and spa areas must be used responsibly. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times in pool areas.
