Understand Your Rights and Responsibilities for Seamless Booking

The Cruiser Group LLC values flexibility while adhering to each vendor’s policies. By booking through The Cruiser Group LLC, you agree to the following terms:

1. Standard Cancellation Terms

  • General Policy: For most services, including car rentals, confirmed reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time may result in forfeiture of any deposit or a partial charge, depending on vendor-specific policies.
  • Seasonal Adjustments: Cancellation terms may vary during peak travel seasons or high-demand periods. Cancellations during holidays or significant events may require longer notice or incur higher fees.
  • Vendor-Specific Policies: Each vendor sets unique cancellation and refund policies that supersede general cancellation terms. For instance, events and activities—such as tickets for sporting events, concerts, and festivals—are subject to each vendor’s specific terms. Please review the vendor’s terms at booking, as they take precedence over The Cruiser Group LLC’s standard terms. Contact us for assistance with vendor inquiries.

2. Yacht Charters

  • Cancellation Policy: Yacht charters typically require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for cancellations to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the charter date are generally non-refundable, but terms may vary depending on each vendor’s policy. Charter-specific policies are provided at booking.

3. Refunds & Rescheduling Options

  • Refund Eligibility: If eligible, refunds are based on vendor policies and processed back to the original payment method. Refunds are typically not provided for cancellations made within 72 hours (or within 7 days for yacht charters).
  • Rescheduling Requests: Rescheduling requests are subject to vendor approval and availability. A rescheduling fee may apply, particularly if requested within the 72-hour cancellation window. All requests must be submitted in writing and confirmed by both The Cruiser Group LLC and the vendor.

4. Weather & Vendor-Initiated Cancellations

  • Weather Conditions: Outdoor services, including activities, events, and charters, may be affected by adverse weather. Rescheduling or partial refunds may be offered based on vendor guidelines for weather-related disruptions. Named storms or severe advisories often allow for no-cost rescheduling.
  • Vendor-Initiated Cancellations: In the event a vendor cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or rescheduling options. The Cruiser Group LLC works directly with vendors to address any disruptions.

5. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to Attend: Guests who fail to attend or cancel within the required timeframe may be charged the full amount. No refund will be issued. It is the guest’s responsibility to inform The Cruiser Group LLC or the vendor in advance if they are unable to attend.

6. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By completing any booking, customers acknowledge and agree to both The Cruiser Group LLC’s cancellation terms and those specific to each vendor. Customers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable policies at the time of booking.
